Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all laws applicable to you, including in your jurisdiction of residence.

AlphaSpy is an analytics and information tool. It aggregates and analyzes publicly available data related to prediction markets and presents metrics, signals, and visualizations for informational purposes only.

AlphaSpy is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, or gambling operator. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, financial, trading, legal, tax, or gambling advice, or a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or place any position, wager, or transaction. We do not execute trades, hold funds, or facilitate betting. Any decisions you make are your own.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users. Access may be limited to invited accounts during private beta periods.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices are shown on our pricing page and are in U.S. dollars. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Your subscription renews automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated. We may change prices or plan features on prospective notice; continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

You agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• scrape, crawl, resell, redistribute, or create derivative datasets or competing products from the Service or its data except as expressly permitted;
• circumvent rate limits, access controls, authentication, or usage tiers, or share API keys or credentials;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or non-public methods, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or attempt unauthorized access to any system or data;
• use the Service to build or train a competing analytics product.

The Service, including its software, analytics, models, text, design, and branding (including the AlphaSpy name and logo), is owned by Humaniq LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal, personal or business purposes. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

The Service relies on third-party data sources and platforms, including Polymarket and Kalshi, and third-party providers such as Stripe and authentication providers. AlphaSpy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party data, services, or websites, and their availability or accuracy is not guaranteed.

The Service and all data, metrics, and signals are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, timeliness, or availability.

Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Analytics and signals are probabilistic and may be wrong. You are solely responsible for evaluating the information and for any decisions or outcomes resulting from your use of the Service. You assume all risk associated with prediction markets and any related activity, which can result in financial loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Humaniq LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading or wagering losses, arising out of or relating to the Service, whether based on contract, tort, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Humaniq LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, the rights granted to you cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.
